1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CraftBounty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CraftBounty is an online marketplace that connects Minecraft creators with buyers seeking custom Minecraft-related services. The platform facilitates listing, ordering, messaging, delivery, and payment for services including but not limited to builds, plugins, mods, resource packs, skins, and server configurations.

3. Account & Eligibility

• •You must sign in via Discord OAuth to use the Service.
• •You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

4. Creator Obligations

• •Creators must accurately represent their skills and deliverables in bounty listings.
• •Creators must deliver work within the timeframe specified in their listing.
• •Creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments.
• •Creators may not deliver plagiarized, stolen, or malicious content.

5. Buyer Obligations

• •Buyers must provide clear requirements when placing orders.
• •Buyers must review and approve or request revisions for deliveries in a timely manner.
• •Orders not reviewed within 72 hours of delivery may be automatically accepted.

6. Payments & Fees

• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• •Prices are listed in USD. Creators set their own pricing.
• •CraftBounty may charge a platform fee on transactions.
• •Refunds are issued at CraftBounty's discretion in cases of non-delivery or order cancellation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• •Circumventing the platform to arrange payments outside of CraftBounty.
• •Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users.
• •Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
• •Creating fake reviews, orders, or accounts.
• •Violating the Minecraft EULA or any applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. CraftBounty is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft. Creators retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed upon with the buyer. By delivering work through CraftBounty, creators grant the buyer a license to use the delivered content for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

CraftBounty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and creators, quality of delivered work, or loss of data. CraftBounty acts as a platform and is not a party to transactions between users.
